The first way:

Select the video you want to download that will incidentally I want to download the video below

Then you just add the letters SS in URLs like the example below

So added after the comma and then you add the letters SS after the comma
If you enter the link
Then will come like the picture below

Then if already then there will be a download button as I've circled in red below

If you have choose video quality then you click download and then later will download by itself

Very easy this way simply adds the letters SS after point then you can download the video that you want. This way is very useful if IDM (Internet Download Manager) is not working download videos on youtube, so this way you can choose to download it.
